When solid/liquid mixtures with a high portion of solids need to be separated, decanter centrifuges are the solution of choice. In contrast to chamber filter presses, these solid shell scroll centrifuges or decanters operate continuously. High centrifugal forces separate the finely distributed solid particles from the suspension.

Our Decanter uses centrifugal acceleration for optimum dewatering, efficiently separating solid and liquid phases. With automatic adjustment and ideal retention time, we ensure the best possible separation result. The system includes a decanter scroll and bowl, impeller (skimmer), and a centrally arranged feed pipe, making it economical, efficient, and comfortable to use.
Working principle:
