The continuous operation centrifugal separation stainless steel dehydrator make use of the principle of sedimentation to separate suspension of solid - liquid continuously.The solid phase discharing by the spiral contiunously.This machine is a continuous and efficient solid - liquid separation equipment, has the following technical features:
1. Screw propeller made and Bowl made of SS304 material, bearing adopt SKF.
2. Electric element adopt SIMENS or Schneider.
3. Painting: Heavy anti-corrosion paint adopt national, Fine polish.
4. Electronic Motor is from SIMENS or ABB motor.

Working principle:
The feed product is pumped into the decanter centrifuge through the inlet. Feed goes into a horizontal bowl, which rotates.
The bowl is composed of a cylindrical part and a conical part. The separation takes place in the cylindrical part of the bowl.
The fast rotation generates centrifugal forces up to 4000 x g. Under these forces, the solid particles with higher density are collected and compacted on the wall of the bowl. A scroll (also screw or screw conveyor) rotates inside the bowl at a slightly different speed.
This speed difference is called the differential speed. This way the scroll is transporting the settled particles along the cylindrical part of the bowl and up to the end conical part of the bowl.
At the smallest end of the conical part of the bowl, the dewatered solids leave the bowl via discharge opening. The clarified liquid leaves through a paring disc (or internal centripetal pump).
Application of the industrial stainless steel decanter centrifuge:
Because of good adaptation to the material ,it can be widely used in chemical industry, light industry, food, paper, mining and other industrial sectors for the suspension of solid phase weight concentration of ≤10% (or 24 hours after free-falling volume concentration of ≤50%), solid particle equivalent diameter of the liquid-solid ≥0.005 ~ 2mm ,severe difference ≥0.05 g / cm3 suspension of liquid-solid separation.
