Tubular Oil Water Centrifuge Separator , Stainless Steel Olive Oil Centrifuge Machine
Tubular Centrifuges are designed to separate low percentages (<2%) of suspended solids which are between 1 and 0.001 microns in size, and to separate two immiscible liquids of differing densities. Tubular Centrifuges operate at high speed, generating up to 15620 gravities of centrifugal force, causing solids to collect inside the smooth bore of the stainless steel tube where they are easily recovered. Tubular Centrifuges are an excellent replacement for many traditional filter and membrane applications due to their high efficiency (virtually no product loss) and small footprint. Additionally, unlike traditional filters, they never require pre-coating or back-flushing and can never clog.
Working principle:
The suspension is fed through the bottom of the machine and introduced into the bowl which has one outlet at the top. The clarified liquid comes out from the top outlet and leaving the solids deposit on the bowl's wall. When the bowl full accumulated with solids, there will be no liquid comes out, the machine shall be power off. Solid particles with larger density deposit on the inner wall of drum, gradually forming a sediment layer, which needs artificial discharge after downtime, the clarified fluid to the upper part of the drum is dischrged from the drainage mounth.
