This industrial filter press is the fully automatic control equipment of automatic compress and unloading, the biggest feature is the short discharge time, changing the past of automatic plate shifter to discharge plates one by one. Main structure:

 

1. frame part: the frame forms the foundation of the filter press to support the filter mechanism and connect other parts.It is mainly composed of thrust plate, compression plate, compression part and main beam.

 

2. filtering part: it is composed of a filter plate arranged on the main beam in a certain order and a filter medium (filter cloth) sandwiched between the filter plates to form a filter unit (filter chamber).

 

3. hydraulic part: it is the power device of the filter press, the main components are hydraulic station and oil cylinder.

 

4. electrical part: it is the control center of the whole machine, through the control of the hydraulic station, so as to control the whole filter press.The machine has the advantages of reasonable structure design, stable and reliable performance, simple operation, convenient maintenance and wide application range.
