Dehydration Membrane Filter Press with High Pressure for Maximum Moisture Content Reduction
This membrane filter press consists of membrane plate and filter chamber made of ordered filter plates. The slurry materials are sent to filter chamber by the pressure of feeding pump and then go into filtrating media(filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in slurry material.When solid in slurry material becomes cake shape, air is sent to membrane to fully squeeze the solid to reduce moisture content. If users have high requirement about filtration of sticky material and moisture content ratio, this machine has its own special characteristics to meet the need.
The biggest feature membrane filter press is the secondary drying press cake, a specially designed chamber filter it so that it can filter chamber is filled with cake, automatically close the inlet valve to the filter chamber through the gas or liquid such that expansion and deformation cloth, so as to achieve the role of the secondary press cake, to further reduce the moisture.
Further pass into the gas, but also to further reduce the moisture of the filter cake being. High-pressure air through the filter cake, the cake among the capillary water, leaving the structure of water and other water separation. This is a hair-drying method.
Advantages of this membrane filter press.
