Membrane filter press consists of membrane plate and filter chamber made of ordered filter plates. The slurry materials are sent to filter chamber by the pressure of feeding pump and then go into filtrating media(filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in slurry material.When solid in slurry material becomes cake shape, air is sent to membrane to fully squeeze the solid to reduce moisture content. If users have high requirement about filtration of sticky material and moisture content ratio, this machine has its own special characteristics to meet the need.

Filling---filtration--second squeeze--cake discharge, another cycle.
1. Filling: Press the plates, chambers forms between each plates. Then open the feeding valve, with the feed pump the slurry get into the chambers.
2. Filtration: When the chambers are full, with the holding pressure, the liquid will be flow out from the bottom corner of the plates.(this is called close flow type) Also you can choose to install water taps on each plates, then the liquid will flow out from the tap, (this is called open flow type.) until the cake forms in the chambers and no liquid flow out.
3. Second squeeze: When there is no liquid flow out, start the second -squeeze, ( you can choose air or water) Here we choose air, open the air inlet valve. Air will delivery into the membrane plates, and the membrane plates will swelling up, to press the cake and more liquid will flow out, about 15 minutes, until no liquid flow out.
4. Cake discharge:
Semi-automatic, after the cake forms, your worker has to open the plats one by one manually.
Automatic. after the cake forms, the plate shifting device will help to open the plates one by one in turns automatically.
