200m2 Automatic PP Chamber Filter Press Textile Industry Wastewater Treatment
Consists of this chamber filter press.
1. Beam, High quality carbon steel Q345B and processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin,then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance.
2. Filter plate, Polypropylene(PP) with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight and high strength.
3. Filter cloths, High quality polypropylene acid and alkali proof or high quality polyester acid.
4. Hydraulic unit, China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve; Carbon steel bending welding, sealing, air filtration external oil pump, cooling effect is good, maintenance is convenient; High and low pressure oil pipe for gb soft connection.
5. Electric control cabinet, PLC control cabinet with Siemens brand or schneider brand Electrical components, Split type or can be fixed on the beam.
Automatic processing of this automatic filter press.
1. Plate Shifting
plates are shifted by a lift of the hydraulic cylinder during shifting away of the pressure plate. The filtration plates are fixed to it in certain distances and when the hydraulic piston moves, the plates are shifted away.
2. Cake Removal
once the plates are shifted, the cake is mechanical scraped off the surface of the filtration cloth.
3. Handling Dewatered Filter Cakes
The filter press is normally elevated to allow the filter cakes to fall freely. The cakes can be handled in one of the following ways for disposal to landfill or incineration.
Cakes discharge into trucks
Cakes discharged into dumper boxes.
Cakes discharged into conveyors (screw, belt, or drag chain) under the press for transportation elsewhere
