Description of this industrial filter press.

 

1. Pressing system: Driven by an electric motor drive components to promote the pressing plate pressing filter plate. Compressing screw and the fixing nut to set up a reliable self-locking angle, to ensure the reliability and stability when compression, with comprehensive protection to reach automatic motor control, and achieve on the motor overheating and overload protection.

 

2. Structure: Its material is high quality carbon steel, open structure, processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance, together with last protection of acrylic polyester anti-corrosion paint spraying.

 

3. Filter plate material is polypropylene. with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight and high strength, producing by using 5000 tons high-pressure compressor, every plates before delivery is tested under high pressure 27MPa.

 

4. Control cabinet: The cover is carbon steel with spray with button operation, Chinese famous brand inverter and electronic components. Also as you need we can provide you with PLC control, Delta inverter and Schneider electronic components, more extra fees will be needed with your actual situation.

 

5. Filter cloths: With good strength, elongation and excellent abrasive resistance, smooth surface ensure not to blocking and not easy to deform.
