Simple description:
1. A screw jack as the pressing device, don’t need power.
2. Filter area ranges from 1m2 to 40m2, smaller than hydraulic or automatic filter press, better for beginner start production one.
3. Chamber type and plate & frame type for your choosing.
This Manual operation/jack screw filter press is the simplest type one, it consists of screw jack, beam, filter plate and filter cloth.
Action process includes: first start of manually operation of the filter press pressed, after setting the pressure rose to automatically stop automatically turn feed pump, the feed pipe valves, the slurry into the filter, through filter cloth filter residue trapped in the filter material, or clear filtrate through undercurrent flowing water effluent pipe pool. Wait until the pressure within the filter cake is full, the feed pump stops, the valve on the feed pipe is closed, open the valve counter-blow blowing, the filtered liquid portion of the pipeline does not participate blown, the operation is completed, then release filter pressing plate, pressed board retreat limit stops. Open the discharge space, belt conveyors run automatically, cloth falling off the hopper via belt conveyors, belt conveyors by unloading transported to the designated location. Restart the system after the cake emptied pressed, pressed for filter press, filter plates pressed a second time after feeding operation.
