PLC Control 452L Filtration Chamber Volume Chamber Filter Press for Sludge Dewatering
This filter press in process filtration is widely used in effluent treatment industry as following,
Papermaking sewage, printing/dyeing sewage, leather/tannery sewage, electric-plating sewage, metal-processing sewage, stone/mine sewagr, food/beverage sewage, livestock sewage, butchery sewage, city mixed raw sewage, excretion sewage, water purifying sewage and so on.
Chamber filter press consists.
1. Beam, High quality carbon steel Q345B and processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance.
2. Filter plate, Polypropylene(PP) with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight and high strength.
3. Filter cloths, High quality polypropylene acid and alkali proof or high quality polyester acid.
4. Hydraulic unit, China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve; Carbon steel bending welding, sealing, air filtration external oil pump, cooling effect is good, maintenance is convenient; High and low pressure oil pipe for gb soft connection
5. Electric control cabinet, PLC control cabinet with Siemens brand or schneider brand Electrical components, Split type or can be fixed on the beam.
Chamber filter press working principle.
In operation, the pressing device drives the push plate to press the filter plate and filter cloth between push plate and tail plate. Filter chamber are formed between pressed filter plates and materials get into the filter chambers through the feeding inlet of tail plate. Solid particles are remained in filter chambers forming into cakes, while liquid is discharged our of the machine throufh press cake and filter cloth. To wash the press cakes, washing water can be introduced through the washing inlet of the tail plate. In similar manner, drying the fitler cakes with compressed air going into the washing inlet.
