Application:
Drilling sludge, chemical sludge, industrial sludge, oil field exploration, transportation, survey and so on sludge, also includes from the oil field development oil production and the construction work site, the storage tank natural settlement produces some sludge, flotation slag, Grease trap bottom sludge and residual activated sludge and so on.
As the sludge contains heavy metals, benzene, phenols and other toxic substances, this sludge is classified as hazardous waste. The ratio of oil sludge is 40 times larger than conventional sludge and the compressibility is 20 times larger than that of conventional sludge, the particle is so fine. Therefore, it is difficult to achieve the three-phase separation of oil, water and particle by conventional sludge treatment.
