1. Filter cloth auto varicose: with some slurry with high viscosity, and the cake is difficult to automatically fall off, cloth varicose system we design can change angle of the filter cloth into V shape, at the same time the spring connected with cloth vibrates and the cake fall off.
2. Auto bomb door: during the filtration of the filter press, there are maybe a drip between the filter plates, then the bomb door will collect the leakage, then avoid pollution in the work site, but also avoid the cake moisture increase under the filter press.
3. Auto cloth washing system: connected with high pressure water pump, when the filter press stops work, or when you need, it will help to wash the cloths and be smooth, so that to recover the filtering speed and extend the usage life.
4. Belt conveyor: It will placed under the filter press, delivery the filter cake together to one side of the filter press, better for further handle.
5. Sludge storage bucket. After filtration, the filter cake canbe unloaded down to the matching sludge storage bucket, easy to focus on shipping.
