Manual Hydraulic Compress Small Plate Frame Filter Press 31L Filter Chamber Volume For Laboratory
Mainly includes two types filter press in our company,
1. Chamber type. there is only one type filter plate on the beam, that is chamber fitler press.
2. Plate and frame type, there is two types filter plates on the beam, together to form the chamber.
New design of this plate and frame filter press,
1. There is wheel on the four legs, and it can be move easily.
2. It’s more easy for a worker to compress all plates together.
3. This design is only for smaller filter plate size fitler press, like 320*320mm, 450mm*450mm. Plz be noted.
Operation process:
1. Put down the pressing device. Tight the screw. A worker operate the rod up and down. And the pressing device will be longer to compress the cast iron filter plate.
2. Feed the slurry into the chambers to reach filtration, the same with all filter press.
3. Discharge. Loosen the screw. The pressing device will be back. Then put up the pressing device and open the plates one by one manually.
It is widely used in areas where solid-liquid separations are needed such as water treatments, sewage processing, etc. It is suitable for small scale filtering areas normally using a low pressure of less than 0.4Mpa.
