Laminated plate and frame filter operation principle and design features :

 

The machine uses 304 or 316L high quality stainless steel materials, polished inside and outside of 400

mesh, in line with Gmp standard, production of sophisticated technology, performance, security and

stability, corrosion-resistant, durable, novel structure, easy to operate, energy-saving and flexible, is adaptable and multi-functional filtration equipment.

 

The machine can be used for initial filter, decoloration,decarburization,insulation,depth filtration,semi-fine filter, fine filter and so on. Its filtering device is a multi-layer overlapping filter plates and filter frame composition, stencil hole drilling by the computer, close

a small hole uniform, which ensures each filter plate filter pressure evenly, so that excellent precision

filtration.The original liquid fluid into the cylinder body after pressurized , enters from the holes of the

filter frame,and then through the filter media on the network board from the stencil center plurality

of apertures, qualified liquid discharge.

 

The fitler medium can be used polypropylene membrane, enhanced membrane, filter paper, filter cloth,

special decarbonization filter membrane etc., can choose the appropriate medium according to

user requirements.

 

The machine is particularly used in chemical liquid and viscous liquid filtration, chemical industry to solve

the problem of a viscous liquid filtration. Filtration liquid odor in closed state work, so do not run liquid

filtration (seepage of liquid), no residual liquid within the filter, the operator and workshop do clean,

odorless, forward on environmental management step.
