Solid and Liquid Separation Used Industrial Basket Centrifuge SD Intermittent Operated For Oil
SD-type centrifuge is the modified product based on the SS-type three-foot upper discharging centrifuge. It is not only retaining the advantages of SS-type centrifuge, but also significantly reduced labor intensity, increased discharge speed, easy to clean filter bag, improve production efficiency, to avoid the contamination and scatter of the finished product by artificial discharge.
Motor drives drum with high speed rotary, the material goes into the drum by feed tube on the top, under the centrifugal force, the suspension tends to the drum wall. The liquid passes through the filter cloth and the filtration pore of drum wall and then discharge, solid retained in the drum. After the drum stopped, open the lid, and loose the pin of liquid block plate, using hoist device to hang liquid block plate together with filter bag to discharging site. Release a special crane claw and open the bag , cake will automatically fall.
