Working principle:

 

The suspension is pumped into each closed filter chamber of the filter press. Under the working pressure, the filtrate passes through the filter membrane or other filter material, and is discharged through the liquid outlet, and the filter residue is left in the frame to form a filter cake. A solid-liquid separation is achieved.

1. The stainless steel filter press is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti or 304, 306 high-quality stainless steel material. It is corrosion-resistant and durable. The filter plate adopts thread-like structure. It can be replaced with different filter materials according to different products of users. Filter paper, filter cloth, clarification board, etc.), the sealing ring is made of silica gel and fluororubber (acid and alkali resistant), no leakage and good sealing performance.
