The disc stack separator is also called disc separator. It is a device that rapidly separates solid and liquid through high-speed centrifugal force.
The alias is also called disc centrifuge or conical plate centrifuge, which belongs to a type of vertical centrifuge.
 
 
Working principle:
 
The separator mainly consists of inlet/outlet device, drum, cover, vertical shaft, horizontal shaft, base, motor and automatic control parts, etc.
 
DHC series separator is a high speed, stable, hermetic, efficient and fully automated  equipment, it mainly used in separate two phase industries like juice, drink, beer, milk and medicine etc. At the same time , according to different requirement of customer, it also applicable for separating liquid-solid material with different specific gravity in light industry , chemical industry etc.
 
Adopt hydraulic coupler and one pair helix speed increasing gear for the dynamical  transfer, utilize liquid to transfer power, this not only increase the speed stably but also carry out overload protection .
 
The equipment is equipped with light phase feed outlet centripetal pump. Light  material which after separating output to next process via light phase centripetal pump which on top of drum.
 
All parts which contact with material are adopted stainless steel, so it can reduce  the corrosion which occurred by separation material, and meet the requirement of food sanitation.
