It is top discharging closed type and intermittent operation filter euipment. Materials goes into the drum through the feeding pipe on the housing of hermetic closure, under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid is discharged out of machine through the filter medium, and solid are remained inthe drum, after drum stops, open the top cover to discharge. It has such features of smooth running, esay operation and feeding, washing and dehydrating under the state of hermetic closure.
The bowl of centrifuge
The bowl(drum) is the main parts of centrifuge.
There are many holes on the bowl(drum).The solid will leave at the filter bag,and the liquid will flow to the outlet at the bottom.
The user can adjust the speed by control cabinet. The have low speeds, medium speed and high speed. The lowest speed from factory is 20Hz, the high speed from factory is 60Hz.But it can be adjust as your need.
