The PSB series flat plate top discharge centrifuge is a new model designed and manufactured according to the requirements of the national "Good Manufacturing Practice for Pharmaceuticals". It is a high-performance top discharge intermittent operation centrifugal filtration equipment.

It is suitable for solid-liquid separation operations of suspensions with high solid phase looseness, moderate particle size, need for washing,

and low liquid phase viscosity. It is not only suitable for the separation of small batches of multi-variety materials, but also suitable for large-

scale production.

Working principle of the Solid-liquid Separation Function Platform Base Centrifuge

The centrifuge starts charging before it is started, or it can be charged at medium speed or high speed (depending on the physical and chemical properties of the material). When the filter cake weight or (volume) reaches the rated charging weight (or capacity) of the machine, the charging is stopped. If the material needs to be washed, the washing liquid can be used. The filter cake is washed, and the washing liquid is filtered out at the same time. After meeting the separation requirements, turn off the power supply, brake, and discharge the filter cake from the drum to complete a working cycle.
