Durable Plate and Frame Filter Suitable for Juice Treatment and Various Suspension Filtration Applications in Multiple Industries
This multi-layer plate and frame filter is used for various suspension of solid-liquid separation with a wide range of applied in food, chemical, environmental protection, water treatment, electronic, textile, electroplating and other related industries.
This filter is made with high quality 304 or 316L stainless steel material. The structure is closed, and uses the two-sided trawl doors, can make return washing process, makes the membrane without the residue to separate the thick and thin filtration, according to needs of flow capacity, to increase or reduce layers such characteristics.
Suspension goes into the filter room with the help of a pump , due to pressure, the filtrate through the filter layer and the membrane or other filter, is discharged out of fluid discharge outlet, the residues were kept in the room formed by plate and frame, to achieve solid-liquid separation.
