450*450mm SS304 filter plate chamber type separator press used in food industry
Our company produces various models of recessed filter press and plate & frame filter press, hydraulic filter press, membrane filter press and full-automatic filter press and various spare parts. Filter plate of these small filter presses are made of SS304 through mold pressing, high in strength, light in weight, corrosion resisted, non-poisonous and odorless. All devices of these hydraulic filter presses including feed pump, hydraulic power pack, plate shifting device, valves and conveyors are guided by the logic in PLC, and make them work more efficiently.
Applicaion of this filter press:
Chemicals: dyes, pigments, titanium dioxide, manganese, caustic soda, soda ash, chlor-alkali salt mud, white carbon black, saponin, graphite, bleach, Synaptic powder phosphor, sodium hydrosulfite, potassium chlorate, sulfuric acid
Medicine: antibiotics (chlortetracycline, erythromycin, spiramycin, Jinggangmeisu Midecamycin, tetracycline, berberine, oxytetracycline), calcium phytate, traditional Chinese medicine inositol, growth derived sand, organic phosphorus glucoamylase.
