Brief Introduction:

 

S.S. Multilayer Filter is for fine filtering. It's surface is polished, has seals, and normally used together with S.S. feeding pump, so it's normally uesd for following industries: laboratory, fine chemicals, medicine, food, chemical etc...

 

Working principle:

The suspended solution is pumped into filter chamber, under the feeding pressure, the filtrate passs through the filter media and then discharged from the outlet. The solid will becomes to filter cakes. Thus realize solid liquid separation.

That is, a circular sealing ring is installed on the sealing parts of the front and back of the filter frame and the double-folded snap ring of the inlet and outlet;
• 4. The input pipe part is tightly sealed by a double-folded snap ring connection, which is convenient for disassembly and cleaning;
• 5. This machine can be used according to the different production processes (primary filter, semi-fine filter, fine filter) of the filtered liquid. Users can replace different filter media according to the production flow rate, correspondingly reduce or increase the filter frame filter material, so that it can be widely adapted to production. need;
• 6. When the filter is working, the sealing ring is pressed, the liquid is not depleted, the liquid has good clarity, and the microporous membrane is used for sterilization, and the sterilization effect is particularly good.
