Chemical / Food Industrial Filter Press High Pressure Hydraulic Compress

 

Industrial filter press are ideal for batch filtration of liquids and slurries with high solids loading (5-45 wt%). If it can be pumped, it can be filtered in a filter press. Sometimes referred to as plate and frame filters, filter presses generally work in a "batch" manner to filter or dewater slurries or sludges.

 

Individual, cloth-covered filter plates are pressed together with hydraulic cylinder forming a filter chamber with internal holes. The feed pump sends the slurry into the filter press where the clean filtrate passes through the filter cloth leaving behind the solids in the form of a filter cake. The filter plates are separated at the end of the filtration cycle and the solid cake is discharged by gravity.

 

 

Strucutre:

 

1. Beam, High quality carbon steel Q345B and processed with sand blasting to remove rust and oxide skin, then painted by epoxy primer to get higher intensity and corrosion resistance.

2. Filter plate, Polypropylene(PP) with acid & alkali resistance, anticorrosion, innocuity, tasteless, light weight and high strength.

3. Filter cloths, High quality polypropylene acid and alkali proof or high quality polyester acid.

4. Hydraulic unit, China brand famous pumps and hydraulic valve; Carbon steel bending welding, sealing, air filtration external oil pump, cooling effect is good, maintenance is convenient; High and low pressure oil pipe for gb soft connection

5. Electric control cabinet, PLC control cabinet with Siemens brand or schneider brand Electrical components, Split type or can be fixed on the beam.
