Stainless Steel Plate Frame Chemical Filter Press For Solid Liquid Separation
This multi-layer plate and frame filter is used for various suspension of solid-liquid separation with a wide range of applied in medicine, food, chemical, environmental protection, water treatment, electronic, textile, electroplating and other related industries.
This filter is made with high quality 304 or 316L stainless steel material. The structure is closed, and uses the two-sided trawl doors, can make return washing process, makes the membrane without the residue to separate the thick and thin filtration, according to needs of flow capacity, to increase or reduce layers such characteristics.
Operation principle:
Suspension goes into the filter room with the help of a pump , due to pressure, the filtrate through the filter layer and the membrane or other filter, is discharged out of fluid discharge outlet, the residues were kept in the room formed by plate and frame, to achieve solid-liquid separation.
Features:
1. The filter is made of SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel material, corrosion-resistant durability.
2. Plate is with thread-like structure, according to different filter media and the production process(initial filter, semi-filter, fine filter) to replace a different filter material (direct use sterile filtration membrane to achieve the purpose).
3. Users can increase or reduce the quantity of layers as per filter flow capacity. When working, the filter is in the state of sealing and pressure , without loss of liquid material, liquid clarity is good, and also based on user needs,
4. We can supply a special multi-stage filter, first stage put a coarse filter, and second stage put fine filter material, saving time and improve the filtering accuracy.
5. All parts of the machine sealed use silicone rubber seals, high temperature, non-toxic, no leakage, good sealing performance.
6. The machine can be fitted with automatically liquid return device, as per needs of the user . when the pump stops, open the return value, automatic discharge of all sediments (both exhaust function), and return with clean water from the tube recoil to wash, very convenient.
