Cartridge filter is a new kind of liquid filtrate multi-purpose filter, which consists of two parts: the filter body and the filter cartridge.

 

It has been widely used in water, oil, paint and other liquid purification and machinery, metallurgy, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, electroplating, pharmaceutical, food and other industries in the solid-liquid separation.

 

Filters are made of stainless steel, reasonable structure, not only the small size, low cost, large

flow rate, but also easy in overhauling,filter element exchange and assembly.Filtering accuracy 0.5-100um, flow 0.5-200m3 / h. According to user needs can also be produced with different sizes of products.

Internal quantity of the filter element can be:single-core, 3-core, 5-core, 7-core, 9-core, 11-core, 13-core, 15-core, etc.Folded type filter element lengths :10,20,30,40 inch

 

 

Features of the cartridge filter :

 

1. The cartridge filter structure is similar to the bag filter ,the difference is that it used not the fitler bag but filter element.

2. The cartridge fitler series based on the material of the filter element ,can be divided into variety types ,like the Stainless steel ,Cartridge filter,PP Cartridge Filter,RO reverse osmosis cartridge filter,Titanium rod cartridge filter,Resin cartridge filter,Double cartridge filter,Activated carbon filter filters,Wound cartridge filter and so on.

3. The filter precision can reach as high as 0.1um

 

 

Working principle of the cartridge filter :

 

The prepared filtering liquid pressed into the filter by the imports, through the filter element from

outside to the inside seeped the filter layer is filtered into the clear liquid, and then is discharged

through the outlet. Impurities are trapped in the deep and surface of the filter element , so achieve

the solid-liquid separation purpose.Drainage (sewage) port filter size, structure and size of the filter element depends on the design flow rate, filter media characteristics of the liquid.
