This machine is a three-column centrifuge, known as three foot centrifuge, named after the bottom of the support legs is three columns, arranged in a triangle with equal portions. This SS centrifuge is a three-foot solid-liquid separation equipment, mainly to remove liquids or solids from suspension in the solid- liquid separation.

 

 

SS type basket centrifuge is manual top discharging, artificial, intermittent operation filtering centrifuge. Suitable for separating solid particles containing≥0.01mm suspension, solid particles can be granular, crystalline and other forms are also available for items(such as yarn-beam, textiles, etc.) and dehydration. The series of centrifuge simple structure, easy operation, each operation can be adjusted, residues can be washed, the solid particles are not easy to break, adaptability. Working principle:

 

Under centrifugal force, particles in the suspension settle on the bottom of the drum,particles with larger size settle quickly while small one settle slowly,due to its slowness, centrifuge with more centrifugal force is needed for the prevention of diffusion of small particles.

 

For powder materials,filtration precision can be as required with various filter cloth.

Main features:

 

Reasonable designed structure for effectivelt eliminating a gealth corner, the structure is smooth, the surface has been polished, external structure parts, fasteners, and drum are strainless steel. And housing is of turning cover style. The housing and sandwish room of drum can be cleaned completely.

The turning lid of housing is set with feed pipe, wash pipe, mirror, lighting hole. Automatic online cleaning system (springler system), can wash the inner housing wall of centrifuge, inside and outside sueface of the drum, and surface of liquid collect tough, and somewhere is invisible room. This ensure the requirments of cleanliness, meet the GMP srandard.
